Well made, looks like the picture. Brings small comfort to a sad situation. Funeral home recommended purchasing our receptacle online to save money and receive a good quality item. I saw a review that said ashes were in one they received…. I checked upon arrival and noticed dust from the manufacturing process but no remains. Cleaned with dawn dish soap and let dry completely before use.
