Everything that this product arrived in has an odd odor. The box, the pouch, the plastic bag. The product itself smells okay though. This is a high quality keepsake urn, the same as you would find at any funeral home. Keep in mind this is not a full sized urn, it’s a keepsake urn. This will hold approximately 1 cup of cremains.
