I was very impressed by the craftsmanship of this urn. The engraved scrollwork on the metal is clean and precise, the metal on the stand and urn is highly polished, and the white finish on the heart is lovely. It’s definitely white but it also has a pearlized type of finish.

The heart us absolutely beautiful! I was honestly scared to see what I will get and I’m very happy with it. I like the thread on the part you screw open and close is thick and durable. You have to twist is 4 or 5 times for it to come off which I personally like. The weight of the heart is heavy you can tell its not cheaply made. I highly recommend!! I’m not the type to leave reviews but for the reason of this item I would like other people to know, this is a beautiful heart for your loved one remains.

I got this for my grandmothers ashes. It gave me a lace pattern which has significance for me. The first one I got was defective but the customer service was great and they sent me a new one which is the one in the picture. The picture also does not do it justice. My cousin also got one from the same company but different and had no issues.
