Licensed funeral homes, crematories, cremation societies, hospices and celebrants in the US. We don’t supply online resellers — that protects your retail margin as much as ours.
Are there minimum orders?
No minimum to start — the $129 Display Kit is the usual first step. Stocking orders are $250+ in cases of 8 per line; reorders have no value minimum.
How fast do you ship?
1–2 business days from US stock, 3pm ET cutoff. If anything can’t meet that, we tell you within 24 hours.
Do you drop-ship to families?
Yes, free, through your account — plain, dignified packaging with no pricing inside. The sale stays yours.
What about damaged pieces?
Send a photo within 48 hours and a replacement dispatches immediately. Every piece carries our 30-day guarantee — the same promise we make to families.
Can we get payment terms?
Card or ACH to start; Net-30 after three clean orders or on trade references. Larger custom orders are half on order, half on dispatch.
