Welcome to Solace Forever. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of solaceforever.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment providers; your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. If an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, we will contact you and offer a correction, substitute or full refund.

Shipping

We ship free of charge within the United States, and orders are typically dispatched within one business day. Full details, including expedited options, are on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are made in good faith; if your order is needed for a service on a specific date, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.

Returns & 30-day guarantee

We want every piece to feel right. If it does not, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, per our Returns policy. For hygiene and dignity reasons, urns that have been used to hold ashes cannot be returned unless faulty.

Products

Each piece is hand-finished, so small variations in engraving, color and finish are natural and part of its character. Capacities and dimensions are stated as accurately as possible; please check our size guide before ordering.

Your use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to breach its security, or copy its content for commercial use. All content on the Site – text, images, logos and design – belongs to Solace Forever or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

Reviews & submissions

If you submit a review or message, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it (with your first name) on the Site. We never edit the substance of reviews.

Disclaimers & liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which we operate. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us.
